Michael Otto, known professionally as "Otto", who is the Dungeon Master(or DM for short) of The Encounter Table, is an American Voice Actor, Podcaster, and Vocalist. Utilizing his vocalist background, Otto holds a wide host of voices under his belt which, when combined with his story telling and improvisation capabilities, makes him a very effective DM in the Dungeons and Dragons world.
